Terms and Conditions

Please note that any cancellations within 48 hours of the booked time will be charged at £10 per person in each booking. This applies to all booking types and will serve as the fee to reschedule.

The event is non refundable within 48 hours of the booked date and time.

La Bibliotheque operates with a grace period of 15 minutes after which we reserve the right to release your table or seats if there are other guests waiting and we have not heard from you. After this point we can not guarantee seats as we have a limited capacity.

Your table/seats are reserved for two hours from the time of the booking, if you are running late we may require a return at the original time to honour upcoming bookings. We will do everything we can to rearrange the limited seating we have so you can stay for your full two hours or more, but please respect that this might not always be possible

Should the number of guests decrease on the day of your visit, without at least 48 hours notice given, no refund will be given for the missing guests.

In addition to your booking confirmation email, we may send you offers and deals from La Bibliotheque and its associated brands on occasion. Should you prefer to opt out from receiving any additional emails from us, please respond to this email simply saying 'opt out'
